This Faith Studio gathering is a sacred pause—a space to honor the stories we carry from seasons of difficulty, illness, loss, uncertainty, and endurance.
Rooted in the Black Church tradition of testimony service, this evening invites participants to share lived experiences of walking through hard times—not as polished stories or triumphant conclusions, but as honest witness. We gather to listen without fixing, to speak without pressure, and to remember that faith is often formed in places we never would have chosen.
Following our time of communal testimony, we will move into quiet reflection through journaling, art, or stillness. This portion of the gathering offers space to tend to what has been stirred—to notice what carried us, what remains tender, and what is asking for gentleness now.
