About the event
The trees don't fight the changing of the seasons — they release their leaves with grace, knowing that every ending makes room for new beginnings.
Creative Care: Fall Edition is an invitation to do the same.
This is a gentle in-person gathering for your spiritual and emotional care — a space to pause in the fullness of the season and tend to what is happening within you.
Together we will:
🍂 Settle in through a grounding exercise — releasing the noise of the day and arriving fully present
🍂 Receive a seasonal reflection rooted in the wisdom of fall — harvest, review, and release
